Consulting
Through her consulting practice, LRay focuses on enhancing her clients’ strengths as the means to build their capacities. Too often, the default culture for nonprofit organizations is one of sacrifice, scarcity and status quo. With an objective point of view, LRay challenges that culture through an inclusive, interactive, enjoyable process that yields measurable results via strategic, sustainability and succession planning.
Coaching
To ensure that the changes made during the consulting project are sustained over time, clients frequently ask LRay to develop customized coaching and/or training for staff leadership and/or board members. The goal of the coaching process is always to improve organizational and individual performance. LRay employs an active, solutions-based, creative coaching process that holds the client accountable to his/her goals and commitments.
Workshops
LRay recognizes that adults learn best when the learning experience is interactive, relevant, practical and fun. Whether the training is a one-time presentation, a day-long workshop or a series of learning opportunities, LRay works with her clients to customize one of the many topics already developed or create new sessions to strengthen the participants’ skills.
